Playful Geometry Cable Netting • Astrum Residence, Ampang

This playground installation features custom-formed stainless steel cable netting, designed to follow both circular and irregular geometries. Each panel was carefully measured, trimmed, and tensioned on site to achieve precise alignment while maintaining structural integrity and safety performance.

The cable netting system was engineered to adapt to non-standard shapes, allowing it to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding play structures. Clean edge detailing and controlled tension ensure durability, user safety, and long-term performance in an outdoor, high-traffic environment.

Through careful fabrication and installation, the netting achieves a balance between flexibility, strength, and visual lightness, supporting playful interaction while complementing the architectural language of the playground.
